The Heartland Farms Mandatory Safety Training meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 26th.

Sessions are from 10:00 am - Noon or from 1:00pm - 3:00 pm All employees MUST attend one of the sessions! Topics Covered:

- Safe Vehicle Operation - Personal Protective Equipment - Fire Prevention and Fire Extinguishers - Machine Guarding - Lockout/Tagout and Maintenance - Ergonomics - Teledoc Hotline Overview - Food Safety

Heartland I.T. will be performing maintenance Thursday, May 18 starting at 5:00 pm that will affect the following systems:

Tableau Dynamics GP SQL databases Front desk Big board Driver schedule Load board in Hancock Loadout and in Bancroft Plant Voicemail Paradox Network drives (N:\, S:\, etc.) Timeforce Irrigation App

This maintenance is expected to last until approximately 9:00 pm. An “All-Clear” message will be sent once systems are back online and tested.

Heartland Farms I.T. Lunch N' Learn on March 22nd and 23rd will include specifics on using Outlook desktop client, Outlook on the web, features of email usage, how to use the calendar and meeting portion and how it integrates with other softwares in use such as Skype for Business and our room schedulers.

I.T. maintenance is scheduled to take place today at 5:00 pm.

During this time, the following systems will be unavailable:

- Driver Schedule, Front Desk BigBoard, Loadout and Bancroft Load boards (and administration functions). These applications will be verified as working after maintenance is complete.

We expect this maintenance to be competed at approximately 5:30 pm. We will send an “all clear” email once systems are back online and tested.
